Delayed or Lost Shipments
A temporary delay or lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a shipment is lost.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the shipping provider. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund.
