Refunds are not guaranteed and are only approved in limited situations.
A refund may be requested only if your order was not delivered within 45 days after shipment, excluding processing time, or if you received the wrong item, or if your item arrived damaged or defective and you notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, personal preference, dissatisfaction with design, size, color, or style, or items you no longer want after receiving them. Minor variations in color or appearance caused by lighting, screen differences, or the handcrafted nature of jewelry are not considered defects.
Orders marked as delivered but claimed as not received are not eligible for refunds. In such cases, customers are responsible for contacting the courier and filing a claim. Delays or delivery issues caused by customs clearance, courier issues, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control are also not eligible for refunds.
Returns are not accepted unless the item is proven to be defective or incorrectly shipped.
All taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and import fees are non-refundable. Any refused or unclaimed shipments due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days has expired.
